I’ve been really swamped with yard work and stuff like that–plus running grandkids to swimming lessons and attending year-end school programs and such. In the meantime the six-year-old (granddaughter) has written a new (children’s) book about the new dog the family recently acquired. [Sadly, their old Buddy (and ours), Baloo, died from a fast-growing mouth cancer just a couple of weeks before Christmas last year.] After much begging (and bargaining) she agreed to let Grandma have first publishing rights for the first draft of her “book”–which will be illustrated by her mother–about Klay. I have a little scanning work to do, but it should be available here soon, certainly by tomorrow.
I look forward to reading it!!!!!
I look forward to reading the book. How wonderful to have such a talented grandaughter.
Yay!
She has to love having a grandma who will help her get her book in print! That’s wonderful.
You are such a dear.
