The reprieve is over. It was temporary after all. The good news is I don’t have breast cancer. The bad news is the lump removed last week is a B-cell lymphoma. We’re in the stages of setting up consultations with an ocologist, and a PET-scan should reveal stages, etc., where the source is. My day of reckoning has come.
I may not be back for awhile, but will update as and when possible.
Alice! I’m here, let me know if there is anything I can do.
I’m thinking about you.
Alice,
You are in my thoughts, and I am pulling for you. I know that was a huge blow. Keep writing; it really helps, even if it’s only in your own paper journal.
Michele
Oh Alice,
I’m really sorry.
Colleen
I will be here every day checking in, and you will be in my prayers.
All good thoughts and wishes for you and Pasu.
Always, Eiko
Thinking of you and hoping for a round of good news, soon.
I’m so sorry to hear this, Alice. I will look for news from you every day and hope for the best.
Ruthe
It has taken me a while to respond, and I apologize. First, I was very shaken by the news. Then, I had to do some research on B-cell lymphoma so that I could get an idea of what you’re facing. Reading between the lines of all the medical jargon, I see there are positive responses and cures with therapy. Please keep all of us updated. You have many, many friends who care deeply about you.
